PAEDS undertakes enhanced sentinel site surveillance, which captures a large proportion of admitted paediatric RSV cases but may not capture all admitted cases.

Due to a combination of data upload lag and differences in testing and/or reporting practices between jurisdictions, the data presented here may vary from hospital admission numbers reported by jurisdictional health departments and the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care. Data on this page will be updated monthly.
